Since 2001, Jess Lyman has been proud to call Grand Junction home, where he and his wife Aimee chose to raise their four children, all of whom have connections to Grand Junction High School. With a background in sciences, an MBA, and years of entrepreneurial experience running a successful HR and Payroll business, Jess brings valuable expertise to the Grand Valley. A self-proclaimed “serial hobbyist” whose interests range from beekeeping to aviation and mountain biking, he’s now excited to serve his community with practical HR and Payroll Administration solutions.
A Grand Junction native and Central High School graduate, Luke Clayton returned to his roots in 2019 after earning degrees from Pepperdine University and Regis University in communication, leadership, and human resources management. With extensive HR experience in food retail and manufacturing, Luke now brings his expertise to local businesses. When not focused on providing personalized HR and payroll solutions, he enjoys an active lifestyle with his family, embracing hiking, biking, youth sports, and pickleball across the Western Slope.
A true Grand Junction native, Olivia Taets has deep roots in the community where she was born, raised, and graduated from Fruita Monument High School. Her journey continued at Colorado Mesa University, where she earned her degree in Business Administration and Human Resources Management while building her career in HR. An outdoor enthusiast who enjoys golfing, hunting, skiing, and coaching youth girls’ soccer, she’s now proud to help Grand Valley businesses succeed through personalized HR and Payroll solutions.
